Overview
We are deeply involved in Kenya’s energy transition and infrastructure build-out. Our firm has acted for sponsors, developers, financiers, and regulators in major energy projects including independent power producers (IPPs), mini-grid systems, public-private partnerships (PPPs), and infrastructure concessions. We advise on project structuring, licensing, environmental approvals, risk allocation, and EPC contracts. Our experience spans renewable energy, oil and gas, transport, and water projects. Our multidisciplinary approach ensures that all legal aspects of complex infrastructure projects are addressed efficiently.
