Our Corporate / M&A team cover the full spectrum of corporate work advising buyers, sellers and financial advisers on public takeovers, private M&A, equity capital markets, private equity, joint ventures and commercial partnerships, disposals, corporate restructurings and board advisory issues.

Company Secretarial

We also provide our corporate clients company secretarial services in a bid to support the board navigate the regulations and legislation surrounding company ownership and administration governed by the Kenya Companies Act, 2015. Our team comprises qualified Certified Secretaries who are well versed on aspects of corporate governance. In addition, our clients have access to corporate law practitioners who are able to compliment and provide tailor made services their company’s needs.

Our company secretarial services including Kenyan company registration (including provision of off-the-shelf companies) corporate health checks, management of meetings, maintenance of statutory books, training of the board and senior management on corporate governance matters and corporate legal obligations,  process agent services,  and provision of registered office facility.
