Overview

Our legal practice in energy and natural resources law is our newest practice area established in 2017. Our lawyers have the knowledge to deliver a full scope of legal assistance to clients interested in the energy sector. We advise on the effective structuring, development, financing, and implementation of a variety of energy and utility projects.

We advise our clients on all legal aspects of project management from the planning stage all through to financial close and beyond to encourage future expansions and restructuring.

Our vibrant team of lawyers is experienced in analyzing the various aspects of the regulatory regime in the energy sector such as the applicable laws, regulatory framework, environmental law regime, public procurement laws, legal due diligence, project financing, taxation regime, and any other incidental matters.

We are committed to leveraging our legal skills and experience to be at the forefront of the emerging renewable energy industry, including solar, biomass, and wind, in regulatory and transactional matters. Recognizing that Energy Law is a dynamic and complex area of law, we strive to understand our client’s business objectives, identify existing and potential problems at all times, and effectively communicate with our energy clients.
