Over the span of his career, he has garnered vast experience in litigating complex commercial disputes such as minority shareholder rights, unfair prejudice disputes in companies, corporate structuring, corporate insolvency and insolvency arrangements and derivative actions as well as Constitutional and Administrative Law cases.

Outside his courtroom accomplishments, Senior Counsel has also made notable contributions to the legal fraternity when he served as a Law Reform Commissioner where he undertook various legislative reviews such as the review of the Law of Contract, Insurance Act, Banking Act, the Companies’ Act and other regulatory legislation. He participated in the review of the Reinsurance Act, which is repealed the previous Reinsurance Act and presented their proposals to the Parliamentary Committee on Legal Affairs.

He is presently representing a multi-million global real-estate company involved in a complex corporate litigation on shareholders’ disputes, post-acquisition litigation, and corporate fraud.

• He was the Lead Counsel for the Office of the President in the Waki Commission investigating the 2007/2008 post-election violence in Kenya.
