Esther Wanga, is a senior partner in the Commercial and Conveyancing department with more than 8 cumulative years’ experience in real estate, contracts, joint ventures, acquisitions and other related commercial agreements. Esther holds a Bachelor of Laws from Moi University, a post graduate Diploma from Kenya School of Law and is currently pursuing a Master of Law (LL.M) at the University of Nairobi.
During her practice she handles several transactions which she has transacted diligently and efficiently to the benefit of our esteemed clients. One of the notable transactions she is currently handling is all conveyancing matters relating to FCB Mihrab Building which is a prime commercial building located in Nairobi.
She also handles the perfection of securities for KCB, The Co-operative Bank of Kenya Limited and Gulf African Bank Limited and several other Banks on which the firm is a panelist. Additionally, she has provided key legal advice and strategy to our commercial clients which has in turn structured the course of the transactions.
- Has advised and represented companies involved in commercial and residential developments during the sale of the properties and engaged in negotiating the contracts between the companies and the contractors for various works in the developments.
- Drafting of security documentation for commercial banks such as KCB Bank Kenya Limited, The Co-operative Bank Limited, Gulf African Bank and First Community Bank Limited.
- Has experience in all forms of private and public commercial matters.
- Has vast experience in Incorporation of Companies, Societies, trusts, business names and Non-governmental organizations.
