
Khadijah Said is a Senior Associate at Ahmednasir Abdullahi Advocates, LLP assigned to the Firm’s Dispute Resolution Department. She joined the firm in 2019 as a Pupil and has risen through the ranks to her current position.
Khadijah is a highly skilled Advocate experienced in the litigation, anti-corruption, mutual legal assistance, corporate commercial and international law sectors. She provides independent or contracted legal support to guide and represent organisations and individuals as their Legal Counsel.
She represents clients in all dispute resolution tribunals including the Court of Appeal, High Court and occasionally appears at Subordinate Courts.
Khadija has successfully handled high net worth complex litigation and arbitration briefs.
- Representing local, regional and multinational clients in a broad range of contentious matters before the Kenyan courts and arbitral tribunals.
- Representing private clients in probate and administration matters before ordinary courts and the Kadhis Courts.
- Providing advices on the preparation and revision of will and establishment of testamentary trusts.
- Advising on wildlife, conservation and environmental law including providing legal support in the prosecution of wildlife crime and conducting an extensive audit on ongoing wildlife cases throughout Kenya.
- Researched and collected data, culminating in drafting of the Wildlife Direct Court Report published in 2016 and 2017 on behalf of Wildlife Direct.
- Involved in offering advisory opinions in commercial transactions relating to foreign direct investment on aspects such as competition law, telecommunications law, regulatory compliance and regulatory approval.
