Onyinkwa is an associate at Ahmednasir Abdullahi Advocates, LLP’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department. He is passionate about general commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, capital markets and corporate governance, and has on numerous accounts provided practical advice to domestic, regional and international clients

Onyinkwa is equally a great researcher and orator, and has been part of the team of Advocates instructed to represent various companies in high value multi-track claims, both in the High Court and the Court of Appeal.

• Active practice in Corporate and Commercial Law which includes representing Companies and Multinational Corporate entities, Incorporation of companies, transfer of shares, mergers and acquisitions, adoption of joint ventures business models, and drafting the relevant company contracts.
• Active practice in Employment Law, including rendering opinions and engaging in litigation at the Employment and Labour Relations Court.
• Active practice in Constitutional and Human Rights Law.
