Our firm has a vibrant Procurement Law practice led by our team of experienced and highly skilled lawyers in the field. Public Procurement is one of the spheres of practice that is extensively evolving, in the larger economic system. The quality of public services is increasingly determined by the skilled procurement of suppliers, contractors and service providers. We have the experience and legal skills to help our client’s navigate the complex public procurement laws that are applicable to the case at hand.

Our firm is reputed for handling Public Procurement matters and in particular, advising parastatals on procurement procedures in accordance with the Public Procurement and Disposal Act of 2005, representing public and new private bodies in disputes before the Public Procurement Administrative Review Board. Our clients in this respect include the Kenya Airport Authority and the Catering Tourism Development Levy Trust.

We have in the past acted for both private sector clients and public bodies by offering innovative and dynamic advise within the legal framework. We guide our clients through complex procurement laws, tender processes and complaint mechanisms within the procurement laws. Our specialization ranges from drafting the requisite documents such as public procurement bids, contracts, undertakings, representing clients in public procurement disputes, legal advice on the performance of public procurement contracts and other incidental issue arising out procurement.
